Vouvray Brut 75 cl | Champalou
The Vouvray Brut is produced using the traditional method. After a second fermentation in the bottle, the wine ages on its lees for two years, resulting in elegant, creamy, and refined bubbles.
The winehouse Champalou
Domaine Champalou was founded in 1983 by Catherine and Didier Champalou, both from wine-growing families in Vouvray. What started with half a hectare of Chenin Blanc has grown into a renowned family estate. Since 2006, their daughter Céline has also been actively involved in the business. Today, the estate produces around 120,000 bottles annually, enjoyed in about twenty countries worldwide.
The vineyards are managed using sustainable practices and are Terra Vitis certified, reflecting a strong commitment to both the environment and the people who work there. In the vineyard, manual work and natural products are favored as much as possible in order to maintain a healthy and balanced soil.
