Webshop Software LightSpeed
Our webshop is developed with Lightspeed software. The personal data you provide for our services are shared with this party. Lightspeed has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Lightspeed is obliged, based on the agreement we have with them, to take appropriate security measures. These measures include using SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Lightspeed uses cookies to collect technical information related to your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored. Lightspeed reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to improve its services.
Web Hosting Cherry Communication
We use Cherry Communication for our web hosting and email services. Cherry Communication processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services, which are not personal data. Cherry Communication has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Cherry Communication is obligated to maintain confidentiality under the agreement.
Email and Mailing Lists
MailChimp
We send our email newsletters via MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its purposes. Cherry Communication
We use Cherry Communication services for our regular business email traffic. Cherry Communication does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Payment Processors
We use the MultiSafepay platform to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. MultiSafepay processes your name, address, and residence details and your payment information, such as your bank account or credit card number. MultiSafepay has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. MultiSafepay reserves the right to use your data to improve its services and, in this context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews through the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to explain your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. If you place an order with us, it is our task to deliver your package to you. We use the services of DHL for executing deliveries. If you place an order with us, it is our task to deliver your package to you. We use DPD services for executing deliveries. Invoicing and Accounting
Q-invoice
We use Q-invoice services to maintain our records and accounts. We share your name, address, residence details, and order information. This data is used to manage sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely. Q-invoice is obliged to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. Q-invoice does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
