Returns

You may return your order (or part of it) without providing a reason. However, you must notify us in writing (by email or via the contact form) before making a return shipment. You have 14 days after receiving your order to register your return. Once you have registered your return, you have an additional 14 days to send your order back.

When returning, the original invoice must be included. The item must not be damaged, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost per return package is €8.50.

KleinFlesjeProsecco.nl (a part of Taste & Tintle) reserves the right to refund only part of the amount or refuse the return entirely if there is reason to believe that the products have already been used or have been damaged after receipt by the customer. If the return conditions are met, you will receive a credit invoice from us.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product, with all accessories supplied and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right, you can contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received in good condition.

Exceptions to Returns

The following products are non-returnable:

• Sealed products if the seal has been broken;
• Products made by the entrepreneur according to the consumer's specifications;
• Products that are clearly of a personal nature;
• Products that, by their nature, cannot be returned;
• Products that spoil or age quickly.
